We ordered the treads form Kinzel and have no complaints about the whole process before ordering. Mr. Kinzle made recommendation and we ordered accordingly! The promised delivery of the treats was about four to five weeks and they arrived before schedule. The quality of the treats was very very good and no complaints whatsoever! I will order from Kinzel again should we need fabricated wood products in the future.

Unqualified 5-stars for the company and the product. I ordered 15 hickory stair treads to replace the carpeted open stairs we currently have. I still have to finish and install them, but they are beautiful pieces of wood! Dimensions match the stated size exactly, well sanded and ready to finish. The planks were extremely well packaged and arrived without a hint of damage. Communication was great, including an email letting me know they would be shipping soon since it was near the end of the promised shipping window and a personal call when the delivery company had a mix-up with my phone number (they also sent a follow up email to make sure the delivery company got in touch with me). I definitely would order again from Kinzel Wood Products.

They are beautiful. I have never done anything with Euro Beech wood and it’s pretty. It has a little more red undertones than blonde like I was hoping. Say that just to help someone in trying to pick which wood to choose. They do great work! Nice to work with when I called!

I am an architect working on my own home. The ash treads I ordered are absolutely beautiful. Well made, well packed, and the graining is spectacular. There is no obvious "good side," the whole tread is high quality. And these were about half the price of well-known competitors. Good customer service, this is a true five-star review. Pro tip - save the styrofoam (a necessary evil if you don't want dented edges) it makes an excellent rack to keep the treads up off the surface when staining.

I ordered 13 steps with a thickness of 1 3/4 are very good quality, they look great.!The product is really recommendable!!!

Very pleased with the way the wood is laminated and the grains matched, packed, and ready to stain out of the box.

The grain in the stairs look great, looks like one thick cut and stains great. Love this product plan to use them for the other stairs in my house!
