Pricing and Quantity Discounts
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change. Call for large quantity discounts.

Shipping
All product orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise notified.

Returns
If you decide to return an item(s) for any reason, please call 1-866-683-2025 for RMA # (return merchandise authorization).  Return products in original condition and original packaging.

Damaged or defective products
If box is damaged in any way (holes, dents, tears, wet, etc.), please have delivery driver note damage.  This will help us make a claim.  We will take care of all arrangements to have the problem resolved. To return damaged or defective parts please call 1-866-683-2025 for RMA # (return merchandise authorization). There will be no additional charges if product is damaged or defective.

Sanding and finishing
We carefully sand all of our products to reduce costly labor in the finishing process. Some minor sanding may be needed do to raised grain from normal handling of products. All products come unfinished.

Sizes
All sizes are nominal and are subject to change.

Packaging
Every box newel is packaged in a thick double wall carton to eliminate delay on the jobsite because of damaged products.  We also use a 2mil poly bag to eliminate moisture problems during shipment and storage on the jobsite.  All other products are also carefully packaged to insure safe arrival.
