SHIPPING INFORMATION

Kinzel Wood Products offers free shipping on orders over $750.00 in the 48 contiguous states.  We ship to Canada, please call for pricing.

All products will be shipped UPS ground, unless otherwise noted. Products exceding 9' in length must ship LTL(Less Than Truckload) Larger orders may ship LTL at are own discretion and no additional cost to you.  Extra charges will apply to island delivery, liftgate service, guaranteed delivery, inside delivery, limited access delivery, holiday/weekend  delivery, etc.

Please figure 2-5 business days for transit time. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for residential deliveries with LTL shipping. For LTL residential deliveries the trucking company will contact you for a scheduled delivery date.

All claims will be handled by Kinzel Wood Products.
